Q: How much coffee will I receive for $30?
A: You'll receive a shipment of 15 - 2.5 oz. sealed pouches of ground coffee, perfect for most home drip coffee makers. Each 2.5 oz. pouch will last 2 days, because 1.25 oz. is about the perfect amount of ground coffee to brew in a standard 12 cup / drip coffee maker.
Q: Can I order different flavors to be shipped to me each month?
A: Yes, as long as you order the 30 Day Deal Coffee Packs that are pre-packaged as 15 - 2.5 oz. sealed pouches. Just order 2 of these 30 Day Deal Coffee Packs and we'll ship them both the same month. Order different flavor blends and that's OK too.
Q: What if I want to ship my products to a different location than my billing address?
A: Easy - just fill in this detail when you checkout. Plus, you can log in to your account and change your shipping address 10 days prior to each shipment.
Q: Are there any additional costs?
A: The only additional costs are sales tax for California addresses, and freight.
Q: How much is freight and sales tax?
A: Sales tax for CA addresses is 9.25%. Freight is charged at a standard U.S. Postal fee - for most orders, that will be $5.95 added to each 30 Day Deal Coffee Pack.
Q: How do I choose my first coffee order?
A: Just click through to the Buy Coffee section on the home page, and follow the steps through to checkout.
Q: When will I receive my first BeverageTree shipment?
A: We ship each order within 2 days of receipt. You can expect normal Postal timing for your order to arrive.
Q: How do I increase or change my order?
A: Just log in with your username and password and make the necessary changes then. Please determine what changes you want, and give us 10 days prior to the normal shipping date of each order.
Q: What happens if there is a problem with my BeverageTree order and/or I don't like it?
